Ancient Sites of Lesvos Island
Lesvos Island has many Ancient Sites and Places of Interest. Archaeological excavations have brought to light evidence that Lesvos was inhabited since the late Neolithic times. There are also several Archaic, Classical Greek and Roman remains. Most Ancient Sites on Lesvos Island can be visited, sometimes a small entrance fee needs to be paid.
