VILLA FAROS - LUXURY - SIGRI
This absolutely stunning, contemporary villa has recently been completed to the highest of standards. Situated just 2 kms from the fishing village of Sigri, on the west coast of Lesvos, if offers peace, tranquility, privacy and extreme comfort. Sigri is a small traditional Greek village with a selection of restaurants offering some of the best fish and lobster on the island.
The villa sits on a private estate of 120 acres, on a headland, with the sea on both sides. There are two private sandy beaches, one just 30 metres from the property and the other 400 metres away. With the blue waters, magical sunsets, and the peaceful ambience, this is about the closest you can get to having your own private sanctuary, well away from the stresses of everyday life.
The estate has its own vegetable garden where guests are welcome to pick their own grapes, pomegranates, melon, watermelon, strawberries, limes, peppers, chilies, tomatoes, potatoes, and much more. The many activities available, include fishing, snorkeling, kayaking or taking a leisurely walk and enjoying the magnificent 360 degree views. There are two swimming pools, an outdoor infinity sea water pool, and an indoor pool, which is heated in the winter. There is also a sauna. The villa rental comes with a private sea ray boat, equipped with water sports equipment, which can be used, with driver, at extra charge. Snorkelling equipment and two kayaks are also provided.
The living space of approximately 1000 m2, has a unique design, with the roof an open circled window to the sky, allowing for a wonderful feeling of light and space. Furthermore the two living rooms both have floor to ceiling windows, taking full advantage of the perfect sea views, and opening to separate outdoor sitting and dining areas offering shade and comfortable relaxed seating. The staircase is handmade from metal and wood, and the floors are wooden. The rooms are very elegantly decorated in shades of cream and yellow, and furnished with contemporary Italian furniture.
Each bedroom is completely different in design and has a large balcony with double doors offering fabulous views of the sea, the picturesque village and the beautiful sunsets. They all have individually controlled air conditioning, electric black-out blinds, built in wardrobes, flat screen TV and DVD player. All bathrooms have been finished with beautiful marble. The equipment throughout is brand new and of the highest quality, including satellite TV, DVD player, CD music system and play station 2, an alarm system and internet access. There is a lift accessing all floors. The owner of this superb villa welcomes guests personally (she speaks English and French) and will be on hand to show all the delights of Villa Faros as well as helping organize reservations or recommend activities for you to try during your stay.

Entrance hallway leading to two living rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Formal dining room, seating 16 (on request up to 25 guests). Professional kitchen with granite worktops, electric hob, American fridge, dishwasher and gas barbecue.
One guest apartment, of 45m2, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living room with fireplace, TV and DVD player. A loft area for two children, double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Another guest apartment of 30m2 with half kitchen, double bedroom, fireplace, a loft for two children, bathroom, TV and DVD player.
First Floor
One 45m2 master suite with fireplace and place for sleeping a child aged up to 7years. Dressing area, en-suite bathroom, TV, DVD player. 3 master bedrooms of 25m2 each, with en-suite bath or shower rooms. Sitting area with panoramic sea views and an office with computer and internet.
Lower Ground Floor
Living/ relaxing area with fireplace, 42 inch TV, DVD player, music system, play station 2 and home cinema. The floor is sealed especially for dancing or doing gymnastics. WC and shower and equipped bar area with fridge.
Indoor heated swimming pool of 80m with contraflow for swimming against the waves, jacuzzi area, and the sauna.
Staff
Daily housekeeping (available all the day). All towels and linen with mid-week change. Local cook to prepare and cook breakfasts, lunch and evening on request. A professional cook can also be arranged. Live in housekeeper, available 24 hrs per day. General maintenance, gardening and pool attendant

Lesvos is easily reached by ferry or plane from Athens, and there are also direct flights from London, Manchester, Zurich, Oslo and many other European cities from April until October. Sigri is the second port of the island, after the main town of Mytillini, about 93 kms away.
A helicopter can be landed either at the property, or at Sigri village.
